We were delighted to see our former client, Fergus Hoban (ex-Unicare, (Lloyds Pharmacy) and ex-Touchstone Healthcare) hold on to his dream of a transformed healthcare service.  In the face of extraordinary obstacles, this irrepressible entrepreneur has opened Think Healthcare, a radical new approach to health services in the US.  Genesis worked closely with Fergus, Zero-G and the Think Healthcare team to develop the brand positioning strategy and the brand story for this ambitious project, aimed at transforming the face of US healthcare and delivering a truly patient-centred experience.
