Karen Walsh

Biography

A senior business leader with over 20 years experience gained primarily in fast-moving tech-centred organisations.

Karen spent a large part of her career in the UK, starting life as a Management Consultant before joining Orange in 2004 to work in Strategy. She went on to become Head of Customer Marketing for EE, before returning to Dublin in 2014 as Head of Consumer Product for Vodafone. Karen joined Genesis in 2021.

As Consulting Director, Karen works across a number of areas including strategy development, strategic planning, proposition development, and brand strategy.

Karen has an MBA and a BSc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, as well as qualifications in Strategy, Marketing, and Programme Management.
