Biography
Roddy started his career in the pharmaceutical sector before joining the advertising industry in the early 1980s. In 1985, he established Dimension, Ireland’s first multi-disciplinary marketing communications company.
Dimension, an award-winning agency, is recognised as having transformed the advertising business model in Ireland.
In 1995, Roddy established Genesis with a view to applying strategy and creativity to mainstream business issues. Over the years, he has worked with many organisations and businesses, from start-ups to established enterprises, to enable them to thrive in sustainable ways.
He also owns a number of unrelated businesses where his commercial acumen has proved invaluable.
Roddy is a member of the board of The Community Foundation of Ireland and mentors a number of CEOs.
