In a market being reshaped by Sláintecare, intensifying competition, digitisation, changing referral dynamics and rising patient expectations, the organisation recognised the need for a clearer and more differentiated brand strategy to support growth, strengthen preference and attract talent.
Genesis was engaged to develop a long-term brand blueprint and coherent narrative aligned with Mater Private Network’s strategic ambition. Our work began with a comprehensive brand audit, drawing on existing research and market intelligence, stakeholder consultation, patient insight, site visits and analysis of the wider healthcare ecosystem, competitor landscape and future market dynamics. This created a robust picture of the Network’s current brand equity, the pressures and opportunities shaping the category, and the space the brand could credibly occupy in the future.
