Biography
Gary spent the early part of her career in the marketing communications industry and co-founded Dimension and Genesis with Roddy.
As Managing Partner, she leads the Genesis team and major client projects and has contributed to the creation and development of many of Ireland’s leading companies and brands.
Over the years, she has developed a range of new approaches that informs how Genesis works with their clients, as well as the overall culture of the Genesis firm.
Gary is an active independent non-executive director and has extensive experience on the boards of private, not-for-profit and public sector companies and chairing government and industry taskforces.
This unique blend of board, advisory and commercial experience makes her a sought-after advisor and leadership coach.
