Mark has an extensive background in leveraging research, data, and insight to help organisations better understand competitive dynamics, complex marketplaces, and consumer behaviour and psychology.
Prior to joining Genesis in 2019, Mark had led 2 separate research and insight agencies as Managing Director for a decade. He has designed and led complex engagements across virtually every sector from Public sector and semi state, to blue chip PLCs, start-ups and not for profit.
As Deputy Managing Partner, Mark helps shape the direction of the firm, and also works across a range of engagements and sectors to ensure consumer, market and organisational insight is surfaced and applied in a meaningful way to ensure robust and powerful paths to growth are identified.
