Rebecca Hadrill

Rebecca joined Genesis in 2018 bringing with her a robust background in high-level project management and strategic planning. Before joining Genesis, she worked as a Business Manager for the World Dementia Council Executive Team, where she provided strategic oversight and contributed significantly to the operational excellence of global teams. Prior to this, she was pivotal in steering cross-functional initiatives across public health, government collaborations, and behaviour change programs at the Department of Health in the UK.

As a consultant at Genesis, Rebecca has expertise in the areas of strategy, culture, team dynamics, and systemic interventions. She designs and facilitates workshops, and is involved in conducting comprehensive and complex consultations and engagements.
