A sociologist by background, Rory spent the first part of his career in research and strategic planning with brand strategy and advertising agencies in London. He returned to Ireland in 2013 to join the board of a leading advertising group, as head of strategic planning. During that time his work was the foundation for a number of award-winning campaigns for his clients.
With expertise in the integration of research, brand strategy, and communications, Rory joined Genesis in 2017.
As a Consulting Director, he is responsible for brand strategy, market planning, consumer insight and consumer research across a wide range of sectors.
