Rory O’Rourke

Rory has spent the last 15 years working with organisations and businesses of all shapes and sizes on their brand, communications, strategy and culture.

Rory has worn many different hats over the years; he originally trained in sociology and began his career in a political think-tank in London, before moving into qualitative research. That evolved into becoming a strategist for advertising and brand strategy agencies, and after returning home to Dublin, he joined the executive leadership team as head of strategy for a global communications agency.

In 2017, he made the move to Genesis where he deepened his expertise and interest in working with leaders and organisations on their culture, values and behaviours, and strategy.

Rory has always been interested in helping people and organisations unlock their full potential, and is currently undertaking post-graduate work at Hult Business School, Ashridge, focusing on executive coaching.
