Sophie D’Souza

Biography

Sophie joined Genesis in 2023 with 7 years’ experience in designing and undertaking strategic research and insight for business decision-making.

She has extensive experience working in both primary and secondary research across sectors including technology, retail, financial services, and government bodies.

Prior to joining Genesis, Sophie worked as a Senior Insight Manager at the business consultancy Quadrangle, in London.

Since joining Genesis, she has led quantitative and qualitative research work, and inputted into business and brand strategy.
